Bonnie Comella, Ed.D.

Bonnie came to Cornell in 1993 as the Associate Director of Admissions in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In 1996, she had the opportunity to work more directly with Biology majors and jumped at the chance to serve in an academic advising role. In addition to overseeing the daily operations and programming of the OUB, Bonnie works most closely with transfer students, the Biology Scholars Program, and the Biology Summer Internship Program (BioSIP). She regularly connects with biology alumni and coordinates several events throughout the year that bring alumni back to campus to network with current students. She is also the team advisor for Cornell Women's Cross Country and Track & Field. Go Big Red!
She earned a Bachelors degree in Biology from SUNY Cortland, a Masters in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
