Ananya is concentrating in General Biology with plans to pursue an MD/Ph.D. after graduation. On campus, she is involved with Cornell Undergraduate Research Board (CURB), and Callbaxx A Capella as well as volunteering at CMC. She is also working on an undergraduate research project in neuroscience in the Deitcher Lab. Ananya loves singing with her acapella group and having board game/movie nights with her friends! Her favorite classes are CHEM 3590: Honors Organic Chemistry I and BTRY 4381: Biomedical Data Mining. Last summer, she did research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute with the Tanner Dean Scholars Summer Research Grant. Ananya is looking forward to participating in research seminars and pre-med/pre-MD-PhD advising for new students.
