Mitchell Lee '19

Mitchell is concentrating in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and double majors in Government. He plans to take a gap year to do research in biogeochemistry and ecological studies after graduation. On campus, Mitchell is a Cornell Outdoor Education instructor, Arts and Sciences Ambassador and is part of Cornell Environmental Collaborative. Mitchell does research at the Goodale Lab in addition to doing field work. His favorite class is BIOEE 1610: Intro to Ecology and GOVT 3131: Nature Functions Limits of Law. This summer, Mitchell is doing research with Professor Goodale in Ithaca. Mitchell wants you to know: “The first semester at Cornell can be both exciting and nerve-wracking, but make sure to take time to slow down.”
