Becca is concentrating in Molecular and Cell Biology with the intent to pursue a PhD after graduation. At Cornell, Becca is involved with orientation as an Orientation Supervisor and is the Captain of the Colorguard in the Big Red Marching Band. She also does research in the Perry lab on viroids in grapevine plants, where she will be doing research this summer. Her favorite biology class at Cornell was BIONB 2220: Introduction to Neuroscience, and her favorite non-biology class was NES 2728: Modern Middle Eastern Literature in Translation. In her free time, Becca enjoys reading and watching cat videos. Her advice for incoming students: “Cornell may seem really difficult at first, but don’t worry, it gets much better!”
